Maili Unit 9 is available for a long stay from the 1st June to 31st September 2026 (dates are flexible) $1400.00 per week
Weekly Rate $1400 – Booking Fee $90 – Refundable bond $1000 + cleaning fee charges
- Water and electricity included – Wi-Fi included
- Guests to provide their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats, and bath towels)
- Full payment required prior to key collection
- Inspections to be carried out every 3 weeks
- Early cancellation results in loss of funds, excluding the refundable bond
Maili Unit 6 is available for a long stay from 21st June to 13th September 2026 (dates are slightly flexible)
Weekly Rate $1500 – Booking Fee $90 – Refundable bond $1000 + cleaning fee charges
- Water and electricity included – Wi-Fi included
- Guests to provide their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats, and bath towels)
- Full payment required prior to key collection
- Inspections to be carried out every 3 weeks
