I do not recommend this unit to stay long term. It’s not what it looks on the web site.It has a bad smell of mould. It’s very noisey with tenants upstairs and has no outlook or outdoor areas suipporting outdoor living. Just travelled 1600km to sit inside and watch tv! Has no working smoke alarms or outdoor furniture and needs a good deep clean. We won’t be back.
